What it is
Assisted stretch therapy is a hands-on session where your therapist moves and stretches your body through a series of carefully controlled positions — you don't do the work, your therapist does. This passive approach allows the body to release far more deeply than active stretching alone, reaching levels of mobility that are almost impossible to achieve independently.
Drawing on principles from PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, Thai massage, and sports rehabilitation, each session is tailored specifically to your body's current restrictions and goals.
This is not a stretch class. You are not being instructed to stretch yourself. Your therapist physically moves your body through each position, making precise adjustments based on what they feel in the tissue and joint.
